Originally from Eastern North Carolina, Christopher Boozer transitioned to Western North Carolina in early 2003. Woodworking and outside construction had always been a part of his life in some way or another. What began in a high school shop class continued to develop and grow with him as the years passed.

"I remember being in some of my grandfather's houses that he and my uncles were building when I was very young. There was just something about the sounds of the saws and the smell of the fresh-cut lumber that I really liked."

This passion ultimately took Chris into carpentry, allowing him to see upfront what his hands could create. With years spent in conventional home construction, the latter being in log home construction, a desire grew for log furniture.

Working together with his wife, they have produced countless numbers of works of art which are carried and sold in several high-end home furnishings stores in and around Western North Carolina.
